Coaching for Changemakers.
I’m Kelsey Ashton, a lifelong changemaker who’s passionate about building a better world. I know how demanding and rewarding the work is. Facing more adversity than ever, as a changemaker and leader, you’re working tirelessly to adopt approaches that will shape how your team, organization, and industry navigate ongoing challenges.
My question to you is: How do you, as an individual, fit in?
As a leader and changemaker, ensuring you have the capacity to continue doing this hard work is key. Coaching is a powerful personal and professional self-development approach that can cultivate long-term resilience and growth. Focusing on leadership development, I collaborate with fellow changemakers in finding balance, fulfillment, and well being as they dedicate themselves to making a difference in their communities.
My coaching approach is holistic and gently cultivates sustainable personal and professional growth. I excel at empowering others to see themselves for who they are while supporting them in moving towards their desired future. As a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), I leverage my intuition to help others see what they may be missing and have a strong ability to hold space and stillness for others.
I’m guided by collaboration, growth, and respect, values that are deeply rooted in my professional background as a leader, advocate, and doer in the environmental, nonprofit, and local government sectors.
I’m currently earning an Associate Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation and am an accredited practitioner in Aephoria for Enneagram. I hold an M.A. in Library Science and B.A. in Communication.
My pronouns are she/her.

What is Coaching?
Coaching is a collaborative, forward-focused and self-directed learning process. It offers dedicated, collaborative support in clarifying goals, strengthening self-awareness, exploring options, developing strategies, and taking action. It’s a distinct approach to personal and professional development wherein the coach partners with the client in finding their own solutions and path forward.

What to expect.
Each session is a structured conversation tailored to your needs. From a place of curiosity, acceptance, and encouragement, I walk with you as you explore the opportunity or challenge you choose, whether an overreaching theme examined over multiple sessions or an issue tackled in one meeting.
You will not receive advice, input, or guidance. Rather, you’ll be asked questions, offered reflections, and given space to think deeply as you tap into your own wisdom and experience. You define your outcomes, find your own solutions, and are fully responsible for the decisions, actions, and results that arise.
Sessions are 40 or 60 minutes long and scheduled as-needed. Please inquire for pricing. We can meet online or in person in the Denver area.
